"FSM has helped me become more disciplined internally. I would say that it's a very feel-good factor. It has really calmed me as a person. In-between my busy schedule, I take out that 20 minutes time, which is like ‘me’ time, besides my workout.
My major concern was my forehead. After four or five weeks when I started seeing the difference on my forehead, I actually started believing that yes, it makes a difference. And I still feel that if I keep on working towards it, it's going to show more changes."
